Each class is 45 minutes. Our current classes include:

everyone is challenged and constantly inspired with fresh choreography and movements each week.

Your instructor

Leah Henry was a professional dancer for 20 years. Leah used Pilates throughout her career to manage injuries and keep her body strong.

Leah is now a highly trained Stott Pilates instructor with a passion for wellness.
